Terms & Conditions

By booking a Notary Service you agree to the following:

Notary services will be conducted in a public location or outside of your home. By booking you understand we do not enter homes to perform service.

All payments for mobile notary services are due prior to service. Payment will secure your spot on the schedule. Only the document(s) you identify will be notarized at time of appointment. Notify us immediately at 972-460-6301 if you need to make changes to the number of documents or signees to receive an updated invoice.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have all of the proper identification necessary to complete this process. If in question of what you need, please refer to our Notary Services page. If you do not have the appropriate identification, or are rendered incapable of signing, only the notarization fee will be refunded and you will need to book again.

Should we run into traffic or construction on the way to your appointment you will be notified by text/call. 

​

Notary sessions are schedule for 15 minutes. There is a 10 minute grace period after which the appointment will be cancelled. If your appointment is cancelled for a no show ONLY the notarization fee will be refunded.
